My mcx has a modded swashplate, tail, and flybar (not seen in video). The tail is easy, just cut about 50% of the fin off in any shape you like. For the swash mod you can find pics on the net. The flybar mod is done by cutting off the weights and replacing them with plastic beads. All of these mods make the heli a little more agressive. The flybar mod is my least favorite as it takes away the stability, but you can get it going pretty fast. Just remember to balance it.
