Within the Mongoloid race there are Mongols, Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc who might look alike but they still can be differentiated by taking a closer look. Same goes with both the other races Caucasian, and Negroid. All have different haplotypes as well. Chinese and Japanese dont have the same haplotype even though they are termed as Mongoloid people.
