Its more safe to update the bios from a usb fat32 key

Lol... just download the bios, save it preferable not hiden in 10000 forlders, restart, jump on "Del" button untill the bios screen apears and find EZFlash.... aint that hard.

@secondFame it takes zero brain capacity to figure that out. Go to ASUS's website, Find your board's model, click on download, go to the bios tab, download the latest ROM and then stop bitching.

bios updates are useless 99% of the time

in fact they produce problems more often than they solve them
