  • No, he was fired from Apple. After he was fired, he created two companies: NeXT and Pixar.

  • Look at Steve in that suit. You'll never see him in that today.

  • @magnosk1 He took the computer animation folks from Lucasfilm studio and helped them to found their own company. Steve was the primary investor when Pixar hadn't much revenue, saving the company from going bankrupt.

  • wow 05:49 steve says and you can put 2 hard drives in the workstation for a max of 2.88gb of storage, and the crowd ohhs and awws lol man i remember these days but at the same time its hard to believe it when today i have 7 TB of HD lol

  • @MrModsmgm he didn't created pixar, he bought it

  • @MrModsmgm he wasnt fired from Apple.

  • @wendileona Very true, the more you dive into apple history this becomes clear,it is to me kind of shocking how apple never realy updated its OS for that time that Steve was gone.

  • Apple had solidified itself as THE personal computer that was special and had that ease of use reputation, design, etc.

BUT really, NeXT and NextStep was truly THE next generation computer that we, the masses and even proworld, business, education, scientists, etc. etc. should of been using since at the earliest, about '92 roughly.

IN the end though, Apple now IS NeXT but with a shell of Apple, I mean its Apple, but it really was converted to NeXT by Jobs. He won in the end.

    NeXT forever.

  • It's Xcode?

  • Anti-glare screen? Eh, Apple?

  • if u look at steve jobs he never needed to bring written paper to assist in his demo presentation. He seems pretty relax and well rehearsed in his presentation. He likes to use slides and pin point the good and the bad of his products. He knows his products well and good at selling them ..haha

  • R.I.P.
