Fire cape into water cape GLITCH

This Graphic glitch probably does not work anymore since it was discovered in EARLY '08 and has probably been fixed, so stop saying its a fake, it really happened but has been fixed.

It is real. It was a glitch when HD came out. I think there was also a glitch with firecape for turning water into lava, but I don't know.
