If more tourist like you came to Hawai'i there would be less racism. I'm haole but 5th generation in Hawai'i, and I'm sympathetic towards the Hawaiians who lost their land. And not only the hawaiians, my great-great grandparents came here and worked in the plantation, they were poor and weren't allowed to own land much like the hawaiians because they didn't have money so as much as I'm proud to be American, I hate the way things were done in the past.

I really don't understand your sarcasm, but it's obvious you're not here to empathize, but to criticize... I'm not calling America an evil country... But what happened to us was wrong. Many Americans agree... And we trusted the American government would acknowledge that at some point and bring justice to the situation. I guess we trust too much...

95% of native Hawaiians died due to disease brought by Europeans and 162 million US troops killed the rest during the great US invasion. Too bad Trasks grandfather and many other Hawaiians worked so hard for Hawaii not to become a state. Now you are forced to live in an evil country where you have no freedoms. Ah, the mighty Hawaiian warriors, how they fought for their Queen and country. So many killed in battle. Simply tragic.

I'm white and from the mainland so I'm guessing in your eyes I'm racist. All whites are evil and racist. Sure do hope you get your kingdom back and are no longer part of the US. The locals in Hawaii deserve the same freedoms and wealth that their sister nation of Fiji enjoy. Good Luck.

@rockcityaudio being a state is not beneficial for most hawaiians.. Ur basically saying "oh they're almost all dead, so fuck them." The truth is many Hawaiians live in poverish situations since land is so unaffordable..What's funny is if it were seals or whales on the brink of extinction, ud probably leave us alone and let us regenerate in our natural habitat, but since we' re people you create ur opinions based on wuts best for urselves.
