120 pro colour palette blue eyeshadow tutorial

hey all, this is a tutorial for a blue eyeshadow tutorial using the 120 pro colour palette from ebay. love it!! the seller is chic.gallery :) also used - udpp, rimmel eyeliner (dont bother, it was crap), mac liquid last liner in inky.

this took me 3 days of trying to upload it :((( so frustrating!!

burn ur eyeliner and let it cool. It will go on way easier then :)

@JenibelleSwan : that's a concealer for your face, so you can totally use it on your eyes. It's just shaped like a lipstick for convenience :)

I personally use concealer as a base... I don't really recommend it. It doesn't really do much except make it last a tiny bit longer.

okay i have this concealer, thats like for lips, i think, its the shape of the lipstick thing, can i use that on my eyes?/

It's a pallete , called coastal scents , but you can get a better cheaper one on ebay , called 120 pro palette xD
