Traxxas XO-1 Speed Pass with Dust Cloud

I have been hesitant to hit 100, but that's why I bought the car. This week I had the guys at my hobby shop change the gear, looked the car over, and make sure the alignment is set correctly so hopefully I can make a 100 mph pass this weekend. I ended up picking up a Garmin GPS since I couldn't pick the radar gun up before the weekend so hopefully I will be able to log a 97+ MPH run either tonight or tomorrow.

Don't listen to popular belief. Gps doesn't work well with rc's because they can't go a constant speed for very long. The telemetry is just like in your car.

That was only 50 mph according to the telemetry. I am trying to find a good deal on a GPS device so I can make a 100 mph pass next week.

You can use GPS that comment is not true. Radar will work also. Good luck

I was only gutsy enough to hit 75!! Its just so scary going at 100 mph on a $1k car and prevent it from losing control and crashing

I guess the best thing to get if you don't trust the telemetry is a speed gun. Radar is the next best thing.
