The true anathema, the opposite of faith is hatred. Never keep that vile emotion in your heart. Such a thing will only consume you - and distance you from God.
Let your faith be unto you a guiding light - and as a devout Orthodox man myself, I can tell you - His Most Divine Majesty will never lead you astray.
This is so beautiful and I appreciate the English translation at the bottom. I love your page, as a proud Greek Orthodox believer I was looking for something like this on youtube for a while! So happy I found your channel - please continue to post. God Bless :)
@SmartSeer Our Lord was quite clear in the messages at Soufanieh: "he who has divided it has sinned; he who has rejoiced in its division has sinned." And also He said, "May they all be one, that the world may believe." The world will not believe until all Christians are united in one Catholic and Orthodox faith.
Unite, unite - there will still remain Faithful, who will keep their Orthodoxy, and not lose their saltness, for Christ's Church will never be destroyed!
@SmartSeer Sir, this verse is a prophecy about the Muslims, who say that Muhammad recieved the Quran from an angel. I would never apply it to Orthodox Christians. I would prefer that any man be a Protestant before he be an unbeliever, and an Orthodox Christian before he be a Protestant.
@SmartSeer We need to work TOGETHER against the heresies of the modern world. The heresy of Communism makes the crusades look like a bad case of the hiccups. Any of the other heresies could be dangerous by themselves. To combat them we need to be ONE, that the world may believe. And we cannot do that if, like Muslims, we dwell in the past, fighting each other rather than what really needs to be fought.
Even if an angel comes and annunciate something more different than what the holy 12 Apostles did - anathema!
And this anathema is over you, for about a millenium...
We Orthodox know to stay off heretics after they are admonished once or twice - and your pseudo-church is being admonished for a millenium so far...
This anathema is also over all the pseudo-orthodox laymen and clergymen who decline from the holy Tradition - anyone who claims christianity, but has deviated!
@SmartSeer The woman who recieved the messages was a Catholic, though. None of the messages indicated that she, or any Catholic, ought to become Orthodox, nor did they indicate that any Orthodox ought to become Catholic. It indicated that we ought to work for unity, because our Lord said: " may they all be one."
Too bad the subtitling is not in sync with the audio.
