it's fun to do a 4 note rhythm on the 3 part so that it loops back every 4 phrases.

@pimpnc123 - Although sometimes used synonymously, the term polymeter is generally used to in regards to two or more time signatures played simultaneously, while polyrhythm refers to the simultaneous use of two or more different patterns, which may be in the same time-signature.
As I titled this 'Polyrhythm experiment' that's the one I was aiming for.

No Rootbeer is right, you were playing in 4/4. What I think you where trying to shoot for was triplets in one hand and eigth notes in the other? But instead you where doing 1 a & & e 4 in one hand, and 1 2 3 4 in the other. There is no difference in the meters in what you're playing.

@PlayHanghang or 2/3 or 6/5 any 2 rhythms within the same 4 beat measure
-
@rootbeerazor - It's 3 beats per measure with one hand and 4 beats per measure with the other in a cross rhythm pattern.

Isnt a polyrhythm one meter on one limb and one meter on another? cause you were doing 4/4 on both hands...
You probably get asked this, but will there be more in this series? 4 against 5?

@speedfranklin - Nope, haven't been asked that.
=)
I've been a bit busy/lazy and haven't put up anything in a while. I'll see about getting something up in the next few days.
Thanks for the prodding.
