Here's what an average shoulder day looks like for me. I hit about 5 - 8 different exercises and keep the rest time between sets much lower than when I train larger muscle groups.
I try to pick a weight that will keep me in the 8-15 rep range. I try to take every set to failure and I burn out with stability pushups at the end.
