hi george i am lebanese living in montreal .. honestly I wish i was in lebanon to take that training course with you but the only place giving senshido here is Leriken and m worried about ending up in conflicts cz in lebanon mnefham 3ala ba3ed i don't know if rich dimitri and nour r still in montreal...

@theaxman00 Hey buddy, dont worry and go train with Wes in Leriken, he's an amazing instructor :D Richard is in Egypt for the time being, doing lots of work with women shelters. Nour stopped training a long time ago and works in Lebanon. Sadly he has very little time i only saw him like 2-3 times in the last 5 years.

I don't understand anything you're saying but must be good info. Georges, I have one question regarding palm strking. Do you curl your fingers up when doing a palm strike or do you keep it out and up like when you got the passive stance? I know that keeping the fingers up and out like the passive stance allows you to "accidently" poke an eye, so which do you usually do? Thanks
