It makes the flushing sound so women and men can pee/poop without anyone hearing the sound of it hitting the water. before they added the flushing sound women and men would flush the toilet over and over to hide the sound of them using the bathroom. but it wasted alot of water. so they put the flushing sound on the toilets :)

so it still has the same traditional lever to push down to flush? I thought it's going to be too high-tech that one only needs to push a single button to flush lol :)) still cool thougH!
