Keep Moving

So ya, in October of 09 I severely broke my Talus bone (the ankle joint) in my Left ankle, in 6 places, from landing too hard on a cast bomb. Had to get 7 screws put in it, so i'm out for atleast 2 yrs :( I'll make a new Bad Azz vid when i'm 100% again. See you soon. And keep moving!!!

I just came off a sever ankle sprain and before that heart surgery. Great video, so glad you were able to keep moving even with the injury. I wish I had that kind of motivation. Luckily I'm finally back now. Great work keep it up. subbed.
