I have seen a guy with tourettes. Not pretty. Tourettes is a tick in the brain. People who have it don't always swear. They just say or do stuff that's out of their control.

First of all guys, the first guy said his name was Don Shipman, and this could very likely be real because people with Tourettes Syndrome often make random noises whice can be verbal and can include swearing and/or make random physical movements such as strange facial expressions.
Not all people with Tourettes are like "Tourettes Guy".
