This won't work, I can't seem to do it. I just started playing yesterday, and I could get through all the other levels with no problem. But this one... no results. My dad has been trying for three days to get past it, my brother and I have been trying for two, and it seems most other people can't either. PLEASE HELP ME!

Did anyone ever fix this? Shockwave told me to uninstall and reinstall. I know that won't work.

I also have the same problem to jump on the platform on "Chapter 14.I can't jump on it.can you tell me how to jump?or the reason for that problem?

Okay, here it's fine. But in my version I seem to jump thru the platform above. So I can't jump on it. Even tried the 2 patches you sent me. I'm very sorry but it still doesn't work for me.
