OLD Footwork and freestyle sets

Me trying out some stuff, tips appreciated. I have to say, I find it extremely tiring, I think I need to practice footwork seperate from power moves otherwise I wouldn't be able to do one or the other in the same day.
Last set seemed pretty good...

hiya, just seen this and it looks good :)
i tend to do 3 steps but on the 3rd step, a swipe if that makes any sense lol
oh and im big on 12 steps on my knees :)

1. try to keep facing the same way when doing your footwork (some cases it was fair enough, but yeah)
2. try and be more on the balls of your feet when doing footwork rather than flat footed (seem to be switching between ball and flat). Same goes for tops, be on the balls of your feet so you'll feel lighter and you can go quicker.

Yo Flash,I like ur vid maan. I wish I had sumwea to practice lyk you.Gettn anywhere around here is HARRRD! Only one tip,add some cc's at certain intervals.I aint a pro or anything but I saw that it makes my footwork look nyce. Gud stuff bro.Keep it up.

good..but you need to slow down you know if someone's talking fast and you cant understand them its same thing in bboying most of the time and work on cleanness just practice on thing alot until its clean
