o never mind i test the cd drive it dont work wht program do you use to make macpup live on the usb

i never had prob be for when it comes to iso burning went to use CDCC and it was done cant read disk butt hear the thing most of the time they use cd-r or dvd-r the only cd on the pc i got is rw- only is there a prob at all to putt on a rw disk i dont know wht can be making it not work case CDCC, is the a very easy iso burn to use

Suggestion required: My needs are as follows :
an OS as light and fast as puppy.
Virtual box to run xp to run programs. Wine is NOT an option.
Can these 2 needs be combined? and run from an USB [8GB]? if yes, kindly share your method.

@loke4300 you can do this with macpup and puppy 528 as virtual box comes in the package manager

more questions: You've created partitions sda1 and sda[5] and mentioned that you'd save your downloads, pictures etc in your sda5. But, by default "my documents, pictures folder are on sda1:
a. how does one change it?
b. can one password protect an FULL install? i.e ask for password when installing.
c. can one have an option of saving/not saving a session on FULL install? I can do it on my USB sessions.
d. what all does sfs file save? the sfs that is cr.

@loke4300 hi mate, you can make seperate files in your home folder for your saves, there is a way to pw protect your install and have done video on it too,as for save or not save, what sort of usb install are u doing, save to file or full usb.
