This song was written in 1990. It would be wrong for Singapore to claim to have a monopoly over the use of 'one' in propaganda, and it certainly isn't the case.

There is nothing wrong with 'One Malaysia' - after all, 'bersatu dan maju' has been around for far longer than most of us have lived.

@renez100 For all your love of MM Lee, he certainly doesn't love you back. MM Lee loves Singapore, not Singaporeans. He looks down on Singaporeans and would gladly sacrifice native Singaporeans to keep Singapore alive. If he had his wish, 70% of our population would be replaced by "harder working, harder striving" Chinese nationals. Majulah Singapura indeed.
