Fat jokes are the lowest and easiest "comedy" there is. Talented comedians don't need to stoop this low.The sound effects are funny though.

Following her firing from "Designing Women" (1986), she was parodied in a short-lived Fox comedy show, "The Edge" (1992), in one skit where she was portrayed as a giant who was getting revenge on her former castmates by ripping the roof off the house, pulling them out, and biting their heads off like chickens. Despite the unflattering nature of the skit, Ms. Burke was reportedly very amused by it.

I don't care how much weight she gained. Delta Burke is and will always be a beautiful woman. She's talented and funny and the show was never the same after she left. You just can't replace Suzanne Sugarbaker. In fact my favorite episode was "They Shoot Fat People Don't They" where Suzanne went to her high school reunion. Everyone should watch that episode.

delta was much more attractive WITH the weight, than when she was starving herself to fit the hollywood profile....her skin is perfect..i feel bad for all the abuse she took and shes had some emotional issues too....she really is a talented comedian...
