This is Kroo Bay: 1 in 8 women die in child birth in Sierra Leone. Elizabeth's daughter, Martha, was one of them. She gave birth at home, so when complications arose there wasn't adequate medical help. these people in kroo bay there situation is so sad that they are living in absolute poverty, and have been trapped by this. we need to find a way of how to get them out. it is so sad for human beings to live in such proverty. please lets us find a way of how to deal with this. we definately need help.people really sad love from william
