the right to life is not exclusively christian. and there is no right to life at the expense of someone elses body. it is my body that is supporting that being for 9 months so it is my call. forced pregnancy is the ultimate rape.

Whoa...debate tip: This is a neutral comment. It really annoys me when someone assumes that someone of the opposite view must have that view because he or she is misinformed or doesn't understand. I'm just letting you know that saying that in any debate makes your argument seem weak and refutable, as if you can think of nothing to say against the argument, and therefore need to resort to attacking the opponent. In my opinion, it's a very arrogant, irrelevant, and often innacurate tactic.

Well then I suppose we should get rid of the laws that give us the right to life, because that's Christian, too...it's the inconsistency that bothers me.

The girl looking at the picture at 03:50 - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How alike are men and women, afterall! Although most men probably "haven't thought about it", or "no comment". Sill. I've never encountered an 100% atheist, let alone female.

Where do you get your information leading you to hold the view that: "We don't have enough resources on this planet to even support the population that we have, never mind all those being born right now and in the future."
A Canadian doctor Philip Ney has quoted the fact that there are enough natural resources in Uganda alone to feed all of Africa! The question is, why aren't we doing it?

I wanna punch that bitch in the face who's like "I don't wanna see those girls who get themselves pregnant...."

the christian girl who said she is religious and wouldn't personally have one but she would allow others too is EXACTLY how i feel. being christian doesn't mean that one feels it is right to force christian views on others.

Jesus encouraged unconditional self-sacrificing love for all people, service, humility, the forgiveness of sin, faith, turning the other cheek, love for one's enemies as well as friends, and the need to follow the spirit of the law in addition to the letter.

Those who are pro-life because of religion must take all the time they waste harassing people in distress. I advise them to go volunteer with youth or mentor those who are already born and need positive role model in their lives.... wait maybe keep pacing down city blocks with your signs and stay away from children.
Thank you ever so much for this video. I live in Vancouver and have seen the anti-abortion people picket at the corner of Commercial and Broadway quite often. It is truly sad to see so many mis-informed and uneducated people disrupting a womyns right to choose. Being a man, I have chosen to get a vasectomy and always use various types of contraception. Accidents can happen even with protection, other than abstinence there is no 100% guarantee that conception will not occur.

Exactly. The number of people isn't the problem. And besides, what is this I always hear from pro-choicers about how you abort so you don't bring a human into the world if you can't care for him or her? How is that a pro-choice argument, when pro-lifers agree? The truth is, a fetus IS a human in this world, unless the inside of your uterus is in a parallel universe. I'm pro-life, and in support of not bringing a human into existence whom you cannot care for, using abstinence/barrier methods.
