Simply phenomenal! I will let the video speak for itself. I nailed a SOLID deep set of 475 for 5 reps (just as planned) and felt good enough afterwards to throw on 5 plates and bust out 3 SOLID deep reps. When I was finished, my glutes, hamstrings, quads, everything felt like my form was spot on. These sets got me PUMPED!

  • You are a very strong dude. I read somewhere that you weigh 185? At 5 11"?

  • This is my training partner Tommy. I took the vid and posted it. Check his acct. name sporto4323. He's actually about 225 now. 185 is when he's torn to shreds.

  • just last week I did one 25lb plate on each side for 6 reps that means I did 50 pounds counting the bar that weighs 45 pounds for a grand total of 95 pounds for 6 reps and I am amazed at my progress because last month I could only squat 85 pounds, I am becoming the powerhouse I was meant to be.

  • This guy is stronger than steel, look at the bar, shaking even more than him.

  • fuck that. i'd rather watch.

  • Actually, parallel squats put a great deal of pressure on the knees, as opposed to the "ATG" squats. With the former, all the stress remains on your knees because you're stopping midway through the movement. With the latter, your knees actually recruit assistance from the surrounding muscles, thereby easing stress to them.

  • @muzimuzi and just read m5p944 again he said he didn't go low enough I was stating the fact that he did dumbass

  • @muzimuzi bullshit going below parallel is bad for your joints and it takes all the tension off the muscle his form in this video is perfect so I don't know why you are arguing with me on n that when i stated he had perfect form its in the opening sentence now what I was saying is that yes if he wanted to do 3 quarter sqauts he could and get the same benefit but ass to grass is stupid I cannot squat parallel anymore due t o football injury so don't talk shit to me boy

  • @m5p944 he was using a lowbar positon you normally dont go ATG with that form you know... then again the guy commented on you hes the bigger idiot

  • @BigSwole52 you're an idiot you cant be serious if you think going to low is bad for your knees i thought this myth was begning to vansih from planet earth but then i see morons like you ... his depth was fine and he didnt go deep because he was using a lowbar position where you dont dip the squat you normally go paralel but as is squats are meant to be deep' like elit hulse says if you cant squat deep you aint worth shit - better go look for eliot hulse squat video and watch the first video...

  • great form!

  • @m5p944 his form is perfect if anything it is too low. I am studying to become a strength an conditioning coordinator goin parallel or as your dumbass puts it as to grass is terrible on your knee and other joints going quarter or half squats keep the quads tighter the whole time and keeps the wieht all on the quad with taking it off at the bottom whn he goes parralel and puts it on the joints. hisnlegs are actually getting stronger using this form.

  • he was inspired by the music!!

  • Parallel only. Not deep enough. This is my lockout work. Ass to grass man. Affraid of hole? I know you have to dump 150 pounds to go ass to grass but hey good thing is you will become functional athlete. Carryover effect to all sports is greater. This carryover to nothing. You can't even change the tire in this position when you go flat.
