My view is consistent with an objective moral hierarchy. The Bible is consistent with an objective moral hierarchy, and I argue for God via the moral argument. I don't see the problem.

There is nothing about objective morality which requires killing to always be wrong under all circumstances.
Morality consists of actions and intentions.
No action is immoral.
No intention is immoral.
Only actions and intentions can be moral, or immoral.
Therefore, the statement "killing is always wrong" makes no sense. Proponents of objective morality do not hold to the belief that killing is wrong in all circumstances. Different circumstances provide different objective morals.

then our issue is only a semantic one. i do have a problem with you definition, though, namely, how god is supposed to be argued with it.
