Agreed.
Poor Neil Kinnock, he was no match for Maggie. The "Welsh Windbag" would have been better dubbed the "Welsh Punching Bag".

How'd you get these nice intros?

Staggering to think that an utter wanker like Kinnock, ( or other complete wankers like Blair and Brown ), could ever have gotten themselves into an position of influence whatever. Blair is a criminal, a war-monger, a shit; Brown a very seriously flawed and most unpleasant, incompetent arsehole; and Kinnock is and always was a clown, a fraud, a tax-eater, and has now inveigled his way into Brussels, the ideal place for a person of no talent to continue stealing from all of us. God help us all.

@thedavewalkershow Are you able to point, pre 2008 crash, to one piece of proposed policy or one Labour policy opposed from any senior Tory, which would indicate our situation would have been better had they been in charge? Labour unquestionably spent too much and made a mess of the economy, but Cameron's pledge to match Labour spending was a key part of his attempt to regain the centre. Perhaps you think the Tories would have regulated the City better? Things would have been the same, or worse.

Kinnock was too soft and him and his contempories admit that he didnt want to attack her too much becuase she was a woman. He should have hit her below the belkt and not stopped til she was writihing on the ground. Then he should have verbally kicked her in the groin til she couldnt ever get up.. That is what you do to a tory if you cannot get a kg of semtex into their home..!

I'd like to slap the living shit out of that jackass at 4:02.

Bernard Weatherill was a great speaker. the last great one... apart from Betty Boothroyd

@Nerdxinfinity. What was full of crap about the belgrano.? Was an enemy ship intent on sinking the British carriers as it's captain later admitted. Doesn't matter which direction it was going. Warships change direction all the time it's an anti submarine manoeuvre in most navies

Anyone who knows or understands how an economy works would hold Thatcher in the highest regard. She took over a country with a 3 day working week, power cuts on a daily basis, and morgues stacked so high as they couldn't afford to bury the dead!
OK she started going a bit mad towards the end, and she pissed a lot of northerners off by closing down failing industries like coal and steel, but within 9 years she had made London the 4th largest Financial capital of the world....
Thatcher = legend
