How to make a simple Pymol video-Video HORSE PANCREATIC LIPASE.wmv

A very simple pymol video. The reason i upload it is to help any other beginner to make his first video cause i couldn't find that simple script with the commants needed.

1. First of all download a PDB File (text) from pdb site with the molecule you want
2. Type the following commants with this order

mset 1,180
util.mroll 1, 180, 1
set ray_trace_frames, 1
set cache_frames, 0
3. Then you simply go to the toolbar, click -File- choose -save movie- and save the pictures whereever you want

4.By now you will have a number of pictures from different angles of the molecule. Use a movie making program to unite this pictures and you ARE DONE.
