Fascism is national socialism. Under the current left/right lingo, socialism is leftist (liberal) -- the polar opposite of rightist (conservative).

no, naziism is national socialism, fascism is unification of corporation and state. both are authoritarian, and both are hierarchical, so both are right-oriented...there is nothing about Hitler that was "liberal", there have been plenty of right/conservative populist movements in the past, in the US too. besides, socialists provide for everybody, and nazis provide for only white christians and KILL the rest. all the rest. big difference there.

Getting past the word play, you acknowledged that Nazis were mererly a sect of SOCIALISM. Thus, their politics are infinitely more aligned with those of today's Democrats (Liberals) than of today's Republicans (Conservatives).

For example, Democrats PROUDLY segregated our once free nation into "Protected Classes" and, by default, unprotected classes. This was the Nazis first move.
