It did not run well on this pass because we were at Milan on test and tune night, trying to correct ignition and carb issues. This video is the first run in two years after being in storage. We had to do some test and tuning before going to a major event. The car lifted the wheels for the first time...caught on video and pics but problems after the 100 foot mark...

I saw it in HotRod magazine, but seeing it actually run makes it 2x better. Great video

When this car first ran in 59 it won every race it was entered in and set nearly every track record for cars.

It brings tears in my eyes that the High & Mighty was recreated...hats off to everybody that made it happen. What an amazing part of Chrysler engineering history!

RUNS LIKE SHIT? this is THE car that started the tunnel ram intake, THE car that started gasser style front suspensions. not only is this beautifully ugly car historical, its also incredibly well built. doubtless the gent driving didnt expect his 354 hemi weith 392 heads on it to bite so well that it would actually lift the front wheels on launch! you, sir, are just plain ignorant.
