@killeasykill in the begining (of science) our natural born sences were all we had, we had to SEE things to beleive them. now, through technological advancements, we can make things to see what we can not. we now know that a rotating ball of liquid iron and nikel makes a magnetic feild, and we can relate the strength of it, its rate of rotation, ect to that of earth. therefore we can assume iron and nikel compose earth's core beacause a similar scenario can be easily reproduced.

Also the entrance to this "second world" with the sun in the centre of it, is at the south pole?
