HOW TO TAPE PROPERLY FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS

theres two methods in this film, try both out and see what works best for you. If you feel to much pulling, try it all over again. If the tape doesnt stick, wash with soap and water or rubbing alcohol

I personally have used the second method everyday for 6 months. i would not be able to walk like i can today without it. Everyone is different though, if its minor plantar fasciitis, the first method is usually better IMO.

i really dont want to list a ton of sources from medical journals but from the literature i have reviewed it seems that thats not the case. are you an md? what kind of credibility do you posses? i would love to see some proof, hopefully from a medical journal.
