Easter ceremony in Hermoupolis (Ermopouli) on the Greek island of Syros.

Syros is a special place, with two hills overlooking the town of Hermoupolis, Ermopouli. On one hill stands the Catholic church and on the other the Greek Orthodox (See my video of the harbor). At Easter 2008, which interestingly was two weeks later than in other parts of the world, both churches came together in a traditional parade and ceremony.
