you have a 6 foot optical it comes with the trittons and the trittons suk wast of money
astro is the head set you hear every thing on half way

@AciidExE use the optical cable. but plug the ps3 cable into your xboxes USB port...mines the same but when i do that its fine

The hissing noise is really loud on mine when I use the optical cable, anyone know how to fix this? Should I just get a new optical cable, it works fine with the analog plug.

I bought a pair from Best Buy, they were horrible!
Is that just my headset or what? I had to take em back.. All the problems:
Bass drowned all sound
Sounds were muffled
too high or low pitched
Silenced UMP sounded more high than it should
Simply sounded like cheap earphones
Help? :(
Oh and my settings were 3, 2 ,1, 5 as well.
