White folks are on some bullshit. 1: BB is out of baseball because white folks don't want his home run record to be out of reach. 2: This entire presumption of guilt without real evidence is done to simply imply that BB had superhuman and unnatural methods help to accomplish his homerun record so as not to lessen the accomplishments of Babe Ruth much in the way they said that Hank Aaron made those homers from more times at bat. White folks don't care about the truth if it dishonors them.

@pimpinshrimpin Actually, the problem is this applies to Mr Bonds way too much. There is a double standard. Lance Armstrong is obviously "Cheating" yet he gets millions in endorsements, Mark Mcguire "cheated" I dont see the federal government investigating him. No one wants cheating in sports but we also want fair play in the prosecution and persecution of cheaters. Mr Bonds gets $0 in endorsements unlike the other cheaters also the federal govt wants to prosecute him unlike the others.

So according to you although Babe Ruthe was a Wife beater, Alcoholic and adultery he has more class than a man who is none of the above. Does that make sense? If he's innocent of using and has nothing to hide, Barry should insist that his personal trainer testify. But he doesn't, so his trainer doesn't. When the trial's over, someone needs to follow the money from that point forward. I guarantee you Barry will take care of his trainer buddy for the rest of his life in exchange for not testifying. The guy may be doing a little time, but it'll be worth it when ge gets out.
