Great recipe for Healthy Chicken Nachos
The recipe:
8 oz of grilled chicken breast cubed and warmed up
1 cup of black beans
1/2 cup reduced fat cheese
1 cup pico de gallo
2 tbsp fresh guac
organic chips
1-2 cucumbers, sliced (to be used like chips)
Carrots or other veggies you want to use to dip with
Serves 3-4 people
