How do we get involved in the lawsuit as witnesses? My 15 year old daughter worked for Traci for a few months when she was based in Elizabeth, CO, and was witness to the poor treatment of the animals . When my daughter quit due to the animals treatment, it took weeks to get her final paycheck out of Traci. We were relieved to see the pet shop close down here in Elizabeth, and were mortified to see it back up in Castle Rock. So glad to see that Traci is getting what's coming, and want to help.

Good job on shutting down the pet store!!! This woman has defrauded people in previous businesses she owned as well. There are many others after Stillwell for non-payment for services rendered totaling over $100K. Even her lawyer is suing her for non-payment. She's an immoral, heartless, self-centered, conniving, shrewd conartist who deserves jail time for the many, many nasty things she has pulled on unsuspecting, trusting indiviuals.

If you have bought a sick puppy or otherwise, there will be a meeting with a lawyer at Starbucks on Dec 10th at 5:30 to discuss a possible civil suit. Please attend if you can.

The store is closed, but the fight continues! This owner goes to court on January 14th to face charges on the first round of customers that came forward.
I'm sure this is only the tip of the iceberg! The stories continue to roll in - this owner defrauded many owners out of thousands and thousands of dollars.
Kudos to all of the sick-puppy-owners that came forward to help shut this woman down!
