As for the mob that encompassed the Swift Boat Vets, well, they're nothing but cowardly scum and butt boys for Bush. I don't know if Kerry was or is a "swell guy" or not. Don't know the guy and didn't vote for him. Who, along with speculation about why he married, is none of my business.

However, I do know the Swiftboat Veterans group and their supporters twisted the facts and lied about what Kerry actually said, with their false accusations towards Kerry and their own behavior (lies and deceit) both doing much to harm the image of veterans.
