Is it a lesson that is available on your website, and if so what is it called there and what level is it at? Thanks! @lepidopterist81 That spin is call a corkscrew and yes its in the lessons under intermediate. The variation I do in this video though is advanced because your only using one arm :) I also have a lesson on bodywaves in the beginner section. Thank you for your kind words xoxo

@mpgalindo I use my own technique :) If your interested you can find all of the stretches I do on my website studioveena. The link for my site is listed in the description. I feel that proper technique is important when stretching to improve flexibility so I include a lot of tips and hints to help the user achieve the best stretch.
