I bet that reel was UNDERFILLED by a few mm to start with and probably has 20lb b/s line loaded on the reel... I say this bcoz his technique is all over the place, the left arm should be in a higher position to get more elevated power and the rod looks far to easy to load/compress, press the pause button when the rod is in its arc and you can see how floppy the rod actually is...
