3S Li-Pol means that it's 3 Cells right? So you are running this boat with 11.1V ? And how long 2200 mAh will lasts? And final question is where you bought that battery?

3C = 3 cells = 11.1 v. I bought my pack at Umeå RC--the most local shop (70 km) from our summer house.

the kyosho prop looks like it works great! Can you give me the model number of it?

It's the original equipment apart from the two-bladed plastic propeller which in this movie is replaced with a three-bladed metallic one (Kyosho propeller). I'm using a 2200 mAh 3C LiPo, which seems to be the best choise from the batteries I've tested so far.
