Wonderful music composed and conducted by Bruce Broughton. I am not really into sequels but this one is pretty good.

  • I guy has a razorback in his truck

  • This piece totally gives me a boner.

  • 1:46 - 2:46 is possibly my favorite minute in any movie soundtrack. It's such a perfectly composed little melody, and it just makes me want to stand up and cheer every time I hear it.

  • I see this and I think, "Wow."

I see Mulan II or some shit and I think, "WTF HAPPENED DISNEY?!?!"

  • Nostalgia Chick approves of this movie!

  • Good job Bruce Broughton this is an amazing sequel!

  • @CutterScene I started playing the cello because of the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack :D since then I have refined my taste haha. I absolutely LOVE John Williams he is the soul of the movies. Indiana Jones, Jaws, Star Wars, E.T., Jurassic Park, and even Home Alone all would be worthless without the music masterminds behind them (the biggest being Mr. Williams himself). I have cherished movie soundtracks from the time I was small. Like you, it all started with Fantasia.

  • I love this movie, to bad it was not that popular that year :(

  • If i was asked to play a part in this song, i would pick up my flute again in a heartbeat.

  • Right from 1:45 up, the theme is played in all its majestic elegance and clarity, it's just marvelous how Bruce Broughton orchestrated this so that all the separate sections come together. And the very quirky variations he weaves into them (f.i. the quirky, refined part after 2:49). This animation movie, together with Fantasia and the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchise laid all the ground work regarding my love for orchestra and soundtracks.
