why is abby crying at 4:49 what episode is it?

It's from the season 7 episode 'The Dance We Do'. Abby's mom appears and has a manic episode at the hospital when she comes in with a head lac. All the other staff see and later towards the end of the episode Abby's mom escapes from the hospital. 4:49 is from the end of the episode. Abby's at Luka's hotel room, she gets out of bed leaving him sleeping and goes to the bathroom to cry.
