Emotional Cities is an international web art project connected to the public space via light installations. The colors of these five buildings corresponded to the emotional states of the citizens in Stockholm. After Stockholm the project continued to Seoul, South Korea. Later in 2008 other cities will follow. www.emotionalcities.com

amazing how lighting can change the visage of what unarguably must be the ugliest modern building in Stockholm. shame to see it go. a lot of the newer buildings especially in norrmalm could benefit from such illumination.
