  • just so you know this song has absolutly nothing to do with ireland

  • yes I know, and my friend knows too, but it was just a mere musical choice; we love DKM so we just exploited the opportunity to use one of their songs in a school project.

  • @stevie007b If it is about the uprising of 1916, why does he say "it's American soil I hope for at best"? I mean, why would an Irish rebel, fighting for Irish independence want to be buried in America? Just curious.

  • adoro sto pezzo

  • Fantastico!! grazie a te che l'hai postato ;)

  • jesus h christ.its about the first gulf war you fucking tools

  • i know its called a Field protective Mask! Thumbs up though on the rest of it :P

  • this song is about the irish uprising of 1916 you twats and not about irag are wwi are the J.B.L.A. ok

  • BTW: more evidence for this song being about the first iraq war: 'the cloudy image of a MIDDLE EAST MAN, comes down and breaks my hopeful thoughts [of returning home to america]. Furthermore : "A place they call sacred, a place i call hell" - the Muslims over there consider much of that land to be 'sacred' in one way or another, i'm sure. I don't think anyone ever considered that strip of land between france and germany 'sacred.'

  • 'in the trenches' is a common phrase still used today. Likewise, I don't think he is referring to a literal 'fist of the beast.' And guess what, all u haters, that madman Sadam Hussein actually is the first muthafucka to use mustard gas since WWI - he used that and nerve gas and a cocktail of other EVIL chemicals on the kurds. He did not, thank G-d, use it on our troops, because he was afraid of the consequences, but our boys DID have to be prepared to slap that mask gas on at any moment...
