that pizza looked great... i lived in ny for some time and now in albuquerque. Pizza sucks here so I would love any advice you can give me on your technique/dough recipe. Your crust looked amazing. I live in an a apt here with a patio and seriously wanting to buy the same grill. I noticed the grill was modified with foil ect.... dont mean to snag a recipe, but that was kick ass.
