This clip is being played in MDK after either finishing the game or entering a secret code. It's a cover version of "Non Non Rien N'a Changé" by Les Poppys (yes, it's French for "no, no, nothing has changed"). This version was performed by the French pop group Billy Ze Kick (abbreviated "BZK") and can be found on their album Paniac.

@sber55 Most of their stuff is about drugs : "Mangez-moi" (traducted by : Eat me, a song about mushrooms) or even "OCB" a famous french rolling paper for marijuana etc etc...
