Tim, you have come so incredibly far! I am praying for you this morning, that you may have the strength to stay on plan and reach the goal. The Lord will help you reach the finish line, I KNOW it, however the road isn't easy and it's not going to be perfect but with Him by our side, picking us up, we will make it! Great Scripture :). It helps to meditate on God's word!!! Please post a video even on the weeks you don't do so good, it helps to be accountable. Lord bless you!

I like seeing your updates. I see 2 possible problems- 1. You haven't aimed high enough and 2. You haven't been specific. You say you'd like to be 270, and that would be fantastic, but trust me it will be a lot easier if you aim for 220, based on your height. Also, it isn't a finish line your are crossing. Lastly, you aren't saying what you are doing and how that compares with what has worked so wonderfully for you to date. Clearly, you lost weight very fast. Perhaps a better goal is to stay w

one of the reasons you may have struggled with the weight loss since the competition is 'oporant conditioning' whereby you possibly have associated the behavior of losing weight to the stimulus of winning the competition. The key if this is the case is to condition a new association - otherwise, if you do respond to competition, then find similar competition that is currently ongoing or create one yourself ! - anyway, I may be off the button with this but worth considering in case!

Week 47? You are soooo close to your year anniversary!
Great job with the loss Tim!
I totally hear you on having difficulties with staying on plan...You are doing so great though, just keep persevering and you will hit your goal!

@timjuillet and we will

@R0ccojas0n You know Jason, eventually we will both be at our goal weights. The more I'm thinking about this, I'm seeing that I need to be stronger. For me, I need to rely on God better when I get complacent. It's easy to get complacent after losing a ton of weight. We feel like we had a victory, but neither of us have finished this. Jason, we need to finish this.

@timjuillet i'll be honest, i've kinda slowed down a little but the marching band practices have made sure i maintained, and they have
but we should have continued on with the Round 2, even if the competitor count dropped from 8 to 4

@CoachSimonC Thanks for checking in.. I'm not doing well... Yesterday I was at 323 which is 2 pounds up.. I'm not focused, & really need to figure out how to find better consistency. This is turning into a major spiritual battle for me.... Gonna be working to find momentum again... I don't know when I'll put up my next update. I am going off my plan today because of my birthday. We will see how things progress... Thanks again, & please pray for me!!

I too found it heard to stay on track after losing 50#, but am losing some. 2.4 lbs in the last week. Maybe we will have to kick in a new challenge? I could add you to our group if you are interested. We need a spark to set some off to a weight loss plan.

@JeromeStein4U Not bad given you were on vacation, right? I did take my facebook page down temporarily. It was becoming too much of a distraction, & I've got a ton going on right now. Some sort o competition or weight loss group would be good right now. I'm needing more accountability I think, & I don't want to lose steam... Yes, we need a spark.. Let me know what you are thinking on that..
