Everybody, if you check your statistics right after a civilian Web Of Intrigue target, you will notice your civilian consume number does not go up. Hope that helps.

Can I start a new game with my old save and get these trophies? Starting a new game+ instead of restarting everything, will that work?

Easy and hard mode give you 3 minutes. Normal gives you 1:45.
