please remember this formula

DESIRED STATE - CURRENT STATE = FRUSTRATION

what does LOA do? It makes you focus on DESIRED STATE, which means to say it increased FRUSTRATION, because CURRENT STATE is not changing

example

beach house - no house = ?? :)

so LOA is breeding frustration to humanity, but giving false hopes.

accept god and be happy.

What you describe is a focus on what is not wanted, and I agree that will cause frustration and more of what is not wanted. But you miss the concept and main point. Keep your focus on gratitude for what you already have, and gratitude for things you do not have as well. I may not yet have ice cream for lunch, but I can focus on how tasty it would be, how much I have loved it in the past, and enjoy the anticipation knowing I will be getting some, somehow soon.

Only thing is , we need to make sure that we are not too much in our Goals which is Future. This will cause frustration.

see even if u imaging like having, ur heart knows it is not there right? then how you can really be not unhappy i am not really understanding this point.

What you describe is not gratitude but a feeling of lack because you do not "have it". That is not what you want but it is a common mistake people make. You have to appreciate what is, and all you have now. People usually want "things' because they think it will make them happy but it is reverse, you have to feel happy and gracious and "things" manifest as a "side effect".

If I want a new car, why do I really want

it? Is it because I want to arrive at work safely and comfortably? If

so then that is what I focus on, and I feel thankful that I can arrive

to work, and that I am safe as I do it, etc, and then a car or

something different or better will appear, or maybe I feel so good and

safe and comfortable it no longer matters!

Try not to resist the pure feeling of happiness, no matter why you have it. When you are feeling TRUE happiness, hold to it, live with it, tell to yourself "i am going to be this happy every day, BECAUSE IT FEELS DAMN GOOD!"

By surrendering to the Supreme Being, and giving up attachment to this world - which will include trying to manifest 'perfect' conditions for yourself,,, still give love, that's the main thing!

Yes, this is not the heavenly planets.. on this earthly plane of duality we are here to learn lessons of love, and to find out way home..(the spiritual world of eternity). This is the world of birth old age disease and death.. This is not negativity. It is reality. This does not mean we cannot use visualization to manifest - we can. But ultimately whatever you manifest is limited by your karma (past deeds) and in any case it will never satisfy us. .Never. Not here in the world of duality.

Thanks for sharing.. feel good factor!. However, we all die. Please don't forget- you are NOT this body, you are an eternal spiritual being, even if you live in higher realms where you will manifest instantly(!) you will never be perfectly satisfied in this world of duality. Light will always follow darkness. We are limited in this life by our karma (deeds) from the past... this is why keeping our minds in total positivity is difficult. Give love. That is the key. Be kind. Whatever happens.
