it was written by Bernard Butler and Aimee Mann, and guitar played by Bernard in the album. But it wasn't played by Bernard in this video.

I love Aimee Mann! Thank you for posting this:) The more music that I listen to by her the more I really, really like her and her artistic vision, she's brilliant. She must be the most under-rated artists of her time.

you can even tell by the playing that it aint bernard butler!! he would never play that way...at least not that i know of (that sound too is not him)
