question i was pulled over for "having a air freshener on my rear view mirror" anyway before he told me why he pulled me over he questioned me alot of things i thought were weird like when was the last time i smoked (pot) and were i met the person i was going to pick up. what should my response have been when he asked me when is the last time i smoked?

When you facing penaltys and a crminal record or jail, no you dont tell the cops anythng or concent to any search or test. Its your right. It would be pure stupidity do anything else. It is pire stupidity to show the cops anything or admit anything.

@Benchpress33 I'm in a hurry is not an admission of speed. It is an infraction, if you did it you shoud be HONEST! OMG honesty???? What a concept, no I retract that we don't want people to be honest. If we aren't honest why should we expect cops to be honest??

@TheEodtch depends on the officer some will suspect something if you dont answer and some will just let you go but be careful on how you say things if you say im in a hurry they can use that as you were speeding

Yeah....no. It pisses off cops when you act like you had no idea what you were doing. I've never gotten a ticket thanks to my big beautiful smile.

@1182tque Yeah, because all cops are good and honest and never pull you over for BS reasons. It must be nice to live in a black and white world. Maybe someday you'll wake up an realize that the world is mostly gray.
